  • Not at all. Our events are open to everyone. As a member, a discounted ticket is certainly a perk. Find out more about our membership by clicking here.

  • Event ticket refunds (less booking fee) are available up to 10 business days prior to the event upon an email to Gen Collective. We will arrange a refund for ticket purchases via try booking and the refund will be made to the account from which the booking was paid for. Refunds will be processed within three business days. We’ll drop you an email when it is done. Within 10 business days of an event, refunds can only be offered after an assessment of the request based on our ability to adjust catering numbers. This ability will be directly influenced by the venue/ catering contract we have signed prior to the event.

    Refunds requested within 3 business days of the event will be politely refused. Alternatively, if you have a friend who would love to attend our next event, you can transfer your ticket into their name by emailing their name, organisation, and any dietary requirements along with your name to Gen Collective at least 24 hours prior to the event so we can ensure they receive a warm welcome.
