I have a history in Mathematics and Finance since completing my Mathematics degree in 2011. I have worked for Commonwealth Bank of Australia as a Business Analyst since 2015. I have a passion for the Newcastle community, I love everything about where I live and the groups I'm a part of, I have been Gen Collectives President since Oct 2018 and am very optimistic for all that's ahead for Gen Collective.

I'm Darcy and I'm the broker behind Novo Finance. My career in finance first started when I was 17. I've been in the finance industry for over 13 years and now run my own brokerage. Born and raised Novocastrian, I wanted my business to represent the city I love and people that live here. When I'm not at work I'm busy chasing after my two kids or dragging them along to watch netball games.
