Bessi Graham is an award-winning entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience working with business owners, governments, and large funding bodies to bring doing good and making money back together.
Bessi works with established business leaders who want to build on their success and align their company with their values but are concerned about the impact of these changes on their bottom line. Showing them that they can do good and make money. In fact, doing good is the competitive edge their business has been missing.
RISING LEADER, TRAINER, & COACH
With over 25 year years in the not-for-profit, learning and people development space, Natalie knows a thing or two about leadership and the power of people with purpose. She is authentically generous in amplifying the human side of work to support leaders and teams with real change ideas to expand their practice and to be adaptive to the changes they seek. Natalie is a dynamic speaker, coach and workshop facilitator on change agility, purpose and investing in your inner leader to rise with impact. She engages with the audience with energy and heart to create an immersive collaborative learning experience. Natalie truly believes that purpose-driven leaders can make change happen.
EXECUTIVE & LEADERSHIP COACH
Kylee is a leadership coach who believes in the capacity of the human spirit to bounce forward. Audiences love her lessons on leadership learned through disability.
Kylee’s leadership path has been anything but conventional. She was the only female partner of a large corporation, when a life changing and unexpected event left her with a permanent and degenerative disability.
The uninvited clarity that came from her disability ultimately led her to a “do-over” (as she calls it) and the opportunity to inspire and motivate others to dare to imagine what’s possible.
Kylee sees herself as a casting director as she discovers uniqueness in others and amplifies their brilliance in ways they never considered.
Her life is very different to the one she imagined while growing up in a small NSW country town. Through her business, Purposeful Leadership, she coaches and supports people around the globe. She is also PKF’s Chair of Leadership and Coaching, their internal coach and the designer, and co-facilitator of their leadership pathway programs.
She is passionate about her work, which not only supports individuals on their leadership path, but also builds the capacity of businesses to create, nurture and celebrate leaders.
