Casey Horner
I grew up a dancer in Newcastle and was fortunate enough to attend WAAPA and then travel overseas to dance professionally. On my return to Australia I studied and became a primary school teacher, working both in Sydney and in Newcastle. Currently, I have the amazing job of Operations Manager for the NSW Department of Education's local annual arena event known as Star Struck. We are cost recovery program that gives over 3500 the opportunity to shine in all areas of the performing arts.

With 10+ years of experience in Office Management and high-level Executive Support roles, Jemma has a real passion for efficiency and being organised.

Cherie Johnson is Founder and Director of Speaking in Colour, a leading provider of Aboriginal cultural training and cultural team building sessions in the Hunter Region. 100% owned and operated Aboriginal business, supply nation certified and NESA endorsed. Cherie is a qualified teacher and current PHD candidate. Current clients include Hunter Water, GHD and Hunter Primary Care.
Declan Rainer
I am currently the Centre Manager for Kip McGrath Newcastle Hub at Kotara, Westfield. I manage the day to day operations of the Centre as well as our local community engagement. Kip McGrath Education Centres are specialists in professional remedial tutoring service for K to 12 students in maths and English. The company itself has a global reach, however each centre or hub is focused on their immediate area and the students in that area that area who require maths and/or English tutoring. As a company we have tutored over 5 million students since its inception 44 years ago, having initially started locally in Maitland.
